As you describe there may be possibility of Peripheral Neuropathy.

Peripheral Neuropathy is due to a disorder of the nerves which may be caused by various causes including diabetes, vitamin deficiency, hypothyroidism, stress,Arthritis,Compression of nerves at cervical spine etc.

It also occurs with aging towards middle age as the nerves gradually become slightly weaker.

You should take Vitamin B and Vitamin E supplements.

You should also go for regular exercise.

You can try wrist splint at night.

If it persists, you need to consult your doctor or a Neurologist for further evaluation and management.

I hope this helps.
