I have had stomach pains in the middle upper part of my stomach

This answer was rated:

I have had stomach pains in the middle upper part of my stomach area for over 4 months now. I am 46 years old (male) and have smoked a pack a day of cigarettes for about 28 years. No loss of weight, regular stools (no blood), a lot of gas throughout the day, alot of burping with food aftertaste. I can hear my stomach juices being really active at night and especially when I wake up in the morning. There has been a lot of stress in my life the past four months with my mom (68 years old) having surgery for diverticulitis. My diet is horrible, and I drink about four Mt. Dew's a day. I am also on 20mg of Lexapro which I take once a day. Thanks!
