Have a burning in penis,and a sore that come and goes,what can it be?

The burning is constant,last normaly a few days at the time.It does not burn while peeing.No fever or any other painHave not seen a doctor yet
Dear customer,The burning sensation in the penile region may liklely to be due to the urinary tract infection,.The UTI causes by bacterial or protozoal infection may cause such sensation.In severe cases there may be associated fever and lower abdomen pain.The red rash may also be present.It needs to be treated with suitable antibiotics like amoxycillin, norfloxacin, ofloxacin etc.THhe pain killers like motrin or advil may also be taken to control the symptoms.The other causes should also be ruled out.You should also drink more of water.Here is the link for more informationtreatment of utiLet me know if you have any doubt.Thank yo
