Diet plays an important role in preventing diverticulitis.
Try to eat high fiber plant based diet.
Avoid animal products like meat, milk, cheese etc.
You should avoid constipation and that is why high fiber diet is helpful in this regard.
Vewgetables, fruits, and salad based diet is good.
