Hello,

How long and how frequently are you having the symptoms?

Exactly on which part do you feel the cramps?

Any relation with food, movement or any thing?

Any tender area?

How is urine?

Did you have any test or treatment?

Do you have any other symptom or previous illness?

Thank you.

Thank you for the information,

Cramps and diarrhea can occur in IBS.

But if those continue & get worse you need to rule out intestinal infection.

Delayed menstruation can cause cramps but should not cause diarrhea.

A stool analysis and appropriate treatment will be needed.

Commonly it is either bacterial or viral.

Viral diarrhea which is commoner usually gets better by 3-5 days.

Take bland diet, adequate fluid, oral rehydration solution to keep good hydration.

Rice, banana & toast can be taken.

Pepto bismol can be helpful.

I hope this information helps.

I will be happy to assist, if you need any clarification.

Please feel free for any follow up query.

Best wishes.
