I am a 40 year old male. For the past 6 months I have been having pain in my right testicle. The pain is dull and if I, touch it slightly it hurts. I have done a self examine, and do not see or feel anything. Thank you Paolo

Is it swollen?
Is it hard?
Any tests done so far?
Customer: replied 5 years ago.
It is not swollen or hard. At this point I have no tests done.

There are a number of causes which can cause this symptom.
This could be due to epididymitis, varicocele, spermatocele or even hernia or a kidney stone.
I would suggest you undergo a clinical examination and an ultrasound scan of the testis to find the cause.
