I have been diagnosed with gastro paresis (no reason known for why It have it) I have read about the vegan diet helping in many case to restore health. Can a vegan diet help or can it reverse gastro paresis?

Hello. Thank you for coming to JustAnswer with your question, and welcome.
A vegan diet will not help the gastroparesis.
You need to eat a diet with foods that are soft and low in fiber. Vegetables, and even fruits are more digestable when cooked until very soft. A suggestion would be to make your own soup with preferred meats and vegetables.
Avoid whole grains, but white rice or pasta would be OK.
Also avoid fats, since fat slows digestion, this could aggravate your symptoms.
If need be, you can even puree this soup to help you digest it better.

Also, be very careful not to eat very high fiber foods, such as oranges or broccoli, as these are not digestible.
