my GP..smear..bit of red when I wiped..no blood in toilet or mixed

I have chatted to you about my BM's b4 having red flecks..well I went to my GP he did a rectal exam..nothing found and a smear nothing found..

he figures it is food particles..however I am experiencing diarrhea last night and this am...this am I am thinking I seen a bit of red when I wiped..no blood in toilet or mixed with the diarrhea..is this alarming

well my gp didnt feel it was anything serious...

 

he also felt my abdomen and everything was fine..

 

you think Is hould get a colonscopy because I am so anxious about my movements..or because I seriously need one...I suffer from sever medical anxiety
