Is it increasing in size?

Is it movable?

Did you have any pain , discharge from ear?

What is its exact site behind the ear?

Thank you.

Thank you for the information.

From analyzing your symptoms, it can be an inflamed lymph node.

Lymph node can be enlarged & inflamed if there is an infection/inflammation in its draining area.

It can be inflamed if there is an infection in the scalp, external ear.

Other possibility is an infection or abscess of skin, inflamed cyst etc.

An examination is necessary to distinguish between them.

You can apply moist warm compress over it.

Anti inflammatory analgesics like motrin can be helpful.

I hope this information helps.

I will be happy to assist, if you need any clarification.
