are they sore, thick, discolors, injury?
they are not sore or thicker than normal. I finished chemo 4 months ago for stage 1 breast cancer and I'm taking iron suppliments for anemia this just started a couple of weeks ago
like any fast growing cells (cancer, hair, nails) they can be killed by chemo, this is probably a result of the chemo, they otherwise are not likely a problem if none of the other characteristics...make sure you are eating adequate protein for nail regrowth but not likely due to other dietary insufficiency or your anemia
all likely side effect of chemo
should regrow fine

not really, damage done unfortunately, can wrap with gauze to lessen damage, cut down loose pcs
is ther anything i can do to prevent loosing anymore, when they start to fall off the get caught on things and rip off causing pain.
nothing else you can really do since the cells were destroyed and now the nails are just going to fall off since they are dead
