I have tingling (pins and needles) in my left arm, and left

Resolved Question:

I have tingling (pins and needles) in my left arm, and left side of my face. No dizzyness, not short of breath. Approx 10 days on and off. The tingling comes and goes. What causes this?

mysticdoc :

Hello,

mysticdoc :

Thanks for your question.

mysticdoc :

The likely cause is pinched nerve at your cervical spine.

mysticdoc :

This can cause tingling and numbness along your arm and the face.

mysticdoc :

Another possibility is still the underlying heart condition.

heart condition can cause these symptoms without chest pain or shortness of breath.

mysticdoc :

I will advise you to see your doctor since this has been going on for last 10 days without improvement.

Customer:

OK - does this require a visit to my doctor to fix?

mysticdoc :

Pinched nerve will get better with some physical therapy after heart condition is ruled out.

Customer:

you've justr answered that

mysticdoc :

I wish you the best.
