I have small hard sized white dots (like salt grains) in my sheets. I do have two spots on arm that itch and itchy sensation all over as well as head(prolly just do to thinking about it a lot). Could this be related and what is it...help

These white dots can be from your itchy skin or the scalp.

Seborrheic dermatitis is the common cause.

This condition is due to the problem with the oil glands on your skin and the scalp.

You should consider getting a steroid cream like Lidex ( fluocinonide) ansd apply twice daily after soaking your skin and scalp with water.
