I want to get toned up. Mainly my stomach. I have been eating fruits and veggies and light workout. What are some exercises that I can do in the comfort of my own home without spending a bunch on equipment and stuff? I don't have the extra money to spend so I just need ideas and stuff to do that will burn belly fat. Also what should my daily diet be like?
