can you check your own reflexes? If yes, what should I look for?

DrTharun :

The most common reflex you can check is your knee reflex.

Customer:

what should I look for when trying to check?

Customer:

I notice when I tap my knee the leg jumps slightly...is that considered hyper?

DrTharun :

Normal reflex is slight forward jerk of the knee.

Customer:
