It is also possible you have been under a lot of stress, or have an infection or illness, hormone imbalance, thyroid or pituitary problem, ovarian cysts (PCOS), etc. A pregnancy test is something to do right away.
A home pregnancy test taken with the first urine of the morning should be positive within a week of missing a regular period. A blood test at the doctor's office will also be accurate. Sometimes ovulation isn't exactly when you expect it to be and pregnancy doesn't show up for a week or more later than the missed period. You would appear to be past the point of that happening.
