There is a newer antipsychotic called Asenapine or Spahris: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Asenapine
When I searched from German atypical antipsychotics, I found Amisulpride (sold as Solian, Sulpitac or Soltus) It has not been approved for use in the US though.
Another failry new medication in this class is iloperidon (Fanapt) (available since 2009)
And there is of course Aripipirozole (Abilify)
