Where do you have hernia?

How large is the ovarian cyst?

Do you have any symptom?

How they are diagnosed?

What are the tests done?

Do you have any other previous illness?

Thank you.

Thank you for the information,

Hernia is unusual to rupture suddenly.

It can at first be obstructed, then its blood supply is compromised & it gets strangulated.

In this condition there will be severe pain, distension.

Small lumps in the abdomen around umbilicus may be lipoma which usually do not need any treatment.

Ovarian cyst can rupture suddenly.

It is also generally associated with severe acute pain.

However the pain can be mild too if the leaking is slow.

Pain in waves can be due to other conditions too like intestinal or urinary spasm.

Abdominal pain, burning, nausea, chills can be due to urinary tract infection.

Urine test can detect if there is infection.

Antibiotic can be required to cure it.

If the symptoms are persisting and you have not consulted doctor for these issue, you should get it checked to find out the cause.

Please feel free for any follow up query.
