Hello,

Prinzmetal's angina (coronary vasospasms causing chest pain) will typically cause EKG changes, yes. (ST elevation is the classic finding on the EKG)
If you had an EKG done when you were having chest pain and the EKG was normal, it is unlikely that you have vasospasm (Prinzmetal's) as the cause of your pain.

Can Prinzmetal's Angina cause chest pain for hours on end? Have had chest pains for a month. All results and EKG turned up normal. Also was monitored for 23 hours. Results showed no heart arrythmias.

No this would be unusual.
Prinzmetal's angina is usually episodic, not constant for hours.
If you had an EKG when you were having the pain and the EKG was normal it is unlikely that you have Prinzmetals.
