What other symptoms you have like fever(if yes how much), Blood in stools, mucus in stools etc?

What is the frequency of stools?

Any abdominal pain ?

your blood pressure & pulse right now?

Thanks for your input.

This seems like a gastritis or a viral gastroenteritis which can presents with nausea and diarrhea. I would have suggested you to be on BRAT diet (banana, rice, apple sauce & toast) along with lot of fluids like Gatorade. But the chills which are not getting better make me to advise you to take a Tab Tylenol thrice daily and see if the chills settle otherwise go to your doctor and get yourself examined and investigated by blood CP and anyother investigation as per suspicion. Meanwhile along with Tab Tylenol take Tab Domperidone which is OTC and will stop your feeling of nausea. Donot take immodium.

I hope this helps you.
