Hello Dr. Wilson< I am 29 weeks pregnant my baby is on the move all day. Does this means he does not get any sleep? Also on Sunday night i experienced some achiness all day in my lower abs are these aches normal? Iwas told to drink lots of liquid avoiding caffene.

Your baby gets plenty of sleep, all babies have sleep cycle in the uterus/womb -
This is expected at 29 weeks, as you get further along in pregnancy there will be less room and the baby will move around less. But, as long as the baby is moving that is a good sign - we call this reactivity.

Yes, it is normal - if you think you migh be having preterm labor - such as contractions, loss of fluids, vaginal bleeding - then you should see your ob/gyn to RULE the preterm labor.
