Welcome on Just Answer.
Most probably baby is suffering from 'Bullous Pemphigoid' or bullous eruption of skin.It is a congenital disorder. It remain throughout life .
Moreover it is an autoimmune disorder .However, with the help of steroids it can be suppressed.
