Thanks for information.

Such type of presentation is generally seen with following-

1.Allergies from an external agent like soap or other irritants(like condoms from which some persons do have allergies)

2.Infections.Most commonly seen with candidal infections. With bacterial infection there will be associated white head .Herpes is also a possibility but in that there should be painful blisters which are generally not itchy.

3.Due to severe friction like in vigorous intercourse.

To evaluate all this you should have following-

-Blood test.

-Culture of the scrap from lesions.

-Microscopic examination of the lesion from an expert.

Till then you should do following-

1.Keep the part clean.

2.Avoid friction in any way.

3.You may have prescription of some drugs like fluconazole from your doctor if it is proved to be a candidal infection.

4.Take an anti allergic preparation like cetrizine to have relief with itching.

Hope this will help you.
