Ifeel like there is bubbles or bugs between my skin and mucles in the back of my lower legs.

It is really annoying when I am in bed at night. I do get cramps in my calf sometime while in bed. My legs do not hurt, do not have lumps, are not twitching, are not numb, and do not show veins.

I am a type two diabetic, almost 60 ears old, take anti reflux medication, insulin, and two diabetic pillss. I also take anti influmation pills for my joints. what could be the matter?
