Hi I am a 38 year old female about 10 days ago I started experiencing

Hi I am a 38 year old female about 10 days ago I started experiencing weakness in my legs they would feel normal but after a few steps they feel weak/ tired I remain able to stand up with no fear of falling. I do not have any known illness or on any medication. I had TAH 14 years ago along with salpingo-opherectomy bowel anastomosis, appendectomy due to endometrosis should I be very concern about this

No to all of them excetp at times the weakness will be located to my knee but no other problems

I often have back pains no pain in calf just that is the area where is most weak no to everything else I don't know if this helps but recently I stated drinking a vegetable and fruit juice carrots kale apple pear cellery ginger garlic beets spinach

Leg weakness could be due to various reasons.One of them is spine problem where there is compression of the spinal cord by the bulging disc.

Another cause could be due to electrolyte( salt) imbalance which causes cramps and weakness.

Decreased blood supply to the legs also can give such symptoms which can be due to previous abdominal surgeries.

I would advise,you keep the hydration well and drink plenty of oral fluids and rehydration fluids like Gatorade or pedialyte solutions.If the symptoms persists then you should see your doctor who can order tests to diagnose the problem- blood tests , X rays and doppler of the legs.
