Please let me know a little more about the symptoms to answer you better. Do you have any abdominal pain? The precise site of pain? Any distension? Any area of tenderness? can you pass gas through anus? Any other related symptoms? Any significant past illness?

i have slight abdominal pain sensitive to mild pressure,no distension of the anus,whole stomach and intestinal are bloated and gassy feeling can pass small amount of gas4-5 times a day very small amount.i have a hiatal hernia and take lortab 10-500 once a day = use fentanyl pain patch for lower back pain + other medications for high blood pressure ambien lipitor klonopin insulin 75 35 . lower back has spine restricting spinal cord and am going to have surgery in next couple of months

Lortab and spinal issue can make you more constipated. You have tried many products, Now fleet enema can be tried. Otherwise you have to go to urgent care to assess and manage the condition. Further investigations can be necessary. High fiber diet, plenty of water, pro-biotic, exercise are good to prevent constipation. Try to do regular exercise or walking which help in bowel movement. Make a habit of using toilet after breakfast and dinner daily. Vegetables & fresh fruits will be helpful. Drinking water and high fiber cereals in the breakfast along with yoga in the morning may have beneficial effect. Consuming green tea can be useful.
