Hello,

This is likely to be a Respiratory tract infection causing your symptoms.

You need to see a doctor for an examination and also possibly a Chest X ray to look for this.

This might need antibiotics for a cure.

Until then, try doing steam inhalations, that would help you breathe by loosening the phlegm.

would tht also make me pee my pants?

Hello,

A respiratory infection would not cause you to pass urine that way, it can be from a concurrent urinary infection or possibly an enlarged prostate.
