Oral treatment is very hit and miss and there have been no well-controlled studies that showed that any oral medication helps. Other treatments include injections directly into the scar tissue plaques with collagenase, steroids, verapamil, or interferon alpha-2b. There are also surgical procedures for Peyronie's disease.
