I have been working out and dieting for more than a year now and I have lost approx 60 pounds. One of my biggest obstacles is I am wanting to eat sweets in the evening. I have tried everything. I work and keep my self busy until late in the evening to keep myself from going to get something sweet to eat and I still find myself wanting to eats sweets (Mostly Chocolate). Its almost like i binge on these sweets. Sometimes I can go a while with out doing this and then all of sudden its happens for weeks on end.. Any Suggestions. I do take daily supplements such as magnesium, calcium, one day vitamin, and B12. Any suggestions would be GREAT...
