Thank you for the input.

You are having problem with swallowing which can be come from inflammation of the throat or pharyngitis, simple anemia leading to a condition known as Plummer Vinson's syndrome , pharyngeal or cervical web or zenker's diverticulum, or neuromuscular diseases etc. Any infection can have associated headache. Reflux of acid can also lead to inflammation of throat. As it is recurring, I feel that you need consultation with an ENT specialist to check your throat condition and get the proper diagnosis and treatment.

Hope this information will help you.
Wish your healthy life.
Any query, please ask.
Regards.

what is pharyngeal or cervical web or zenker's diverticulum, or neuromuscular diseases

Cervical web is a membrane like structure which can cause difficulty in swallowing. The Zenkers' diverticulum is like a pouch. You can read the link below. Neuromuscular conditions can be different like parkinson's disease,MS, bulbar palsy, stroke etc.
