Well you should add some supplements as well.
Fish oil (omega 3) supplements
Red yeast rice is approved as a cholesterol lowering dietary supplement by FDA.

Exercise and diet may also helpful.

You should take daily exercise as permitted by your body with which you feel comfortable.The daily exercise of 30-60 minutes is usually sufficient.
