Hello,

These are changes of Arthritis, that is an inflammation of the Shoulder Joint, along with an inflammation of the tendon of the muscle inserting on the upper aspect of the shoulder along with a small tear

Arthritis can be age related, the tendon inflammation is most probably from an injury / repetitive shoulder movements.

You need to rest and avoid vigorous shoulder movements, and would also probably require a sling to rest your shoulder.

Pain medicines like Tylenol / Advil would help too.
