I take synthroid .125; Acacia fiber for IBS and collagenous colitis. Plus calcium and Vit. D.Wink

There are no reported toxicities or serious side effects for melatonin use. However, there have been no long-term human studies that have been conducted at this time to look at the effects of melatonin use for many years.

Melatonin can cause sedation and drowsiness, which of course you know, as it is used for insomnia.

It can cause an increased risk of bleeding in people who are taking blood thinners, including aspirin.

According to my data, there are no reported interactions with your medications.

My only last warning would be to avoid alcohol and melatonin at night together due to the possibility of additive effects of sedation.
