Thank you for writing in today. May I ask what was used for the facial hair removal? Was it wax or chemical? When did this happen? Please let me know. Lisa

Obviously, if the burn is significant, I would recommend seeing a provider. You especially need to see a provider if the skin is opened or blistered. In the meantime, make sure all the chemical is off the skin. You could try using some milk. Milk soaked on a cotton ball and held on the area of redness can help soothe the redness and irritation. In addition, lavendar and water or baking soda and water have been known to help; however, I would recommend milk first. I hope this helps. If you have additional questions or concerns, please let me know. Lisa
