Hi, and thank you for coming to with your question.

If you are feeling okay then there is no need to worry, although you might want to speak to your doctor about lowering your medication, or if you should skip one dose now. People 'live' at various blood pressures, and what may seem very low for one person can be normal for another.
If you are feeling light-headed or dizzy then you need to go get help because your blood pressure is too low.
