Thank you for the information.

This can be due to muscle cramps or twitch.

There can be irritation of the nerve too that are supplying these area like from pinching.

There are several causes of muscle cramps.

Usually cramps are felts mostly in the limbs. But any muscle of the body can be affected too.

Deficiency of calcium, magnesium, pottasium, sodium-electrolytes, vitamins, dehydration etc. are the major factors.

Poor circulation also can cause muscle spasm.

An examination by doctor can tell you the exact cause.

You may try some home measures-

Take plenty of fluid, fruits, vegetables .

Regular exercise or a walk daily to keep you active.

Avoid coffee, alcohol, tobacco etc.

I hope this information will be helpful.

Please ask if you need any clarification.

Best wishes.
