it would go right atrium to right ventricle to pulmonary artery to right or left lung, to pulmonary vein, to left atrium, left ventricle, aorta, superior mesenteric artery, jejunum, superior mesenteric vein, to inferior vena cava to right atrium. Hope that helps, Dr. Stevens
