Greetings.

A chloride of 108 is not considered abnormal. Five percent plus/minus of the either side of the range does not point to any significant problem, especially if rest of the investigations or electrolytes are normal.

Please feel free for your follow up questions.

what does it mean?

Hello,

The electrolytes (sodium=Na, potassium=K, chloride=Cl) usually are indicative of kidney function tests. They may also get slightly affected with blood and body fluids pH (acidity or alkalinity), or lung functions.

It is pleasure and privilege assisting you.
