Hello,

Are you having fever?
Nausea?
Was your UTI treated?
Are you still having symptoms of your UTI?

Well, here is what I can tell you...
Typically, kidney infections are associated with fever.
The pain is usually in the mid-back, not lower back, although it can vary a bit.
Nausea is a symptom of kidney infection.
It would be unusual for you to develop a kidney infection if your UTI was adequately treated. If your symptoms never went away, then I would be more likely to say it is possible that you do have a kidney infection.

Kidney stones can also cause severe pain and nausea.
I would recommend that you have another urinalysis done to check and make sure that your infection has cleared and also to look for blood (which is a sign of kidney stones).

Many things other than kidney problems can cause low back pain (low back muscle spasms, ovarian cysts for example) so it is important to see your doctor.

And sorry it does still hurt when i urinate sometimes.

Then it would be more likely that you do at the very least still have a UTI and possibly a kidney infection. You may have had a UTI that was not adequately treated and now is progressing.

I would definitely see your doctor as soon as possible.

I hope that you feel better soon.
