I am scheduled for surgery tomorrow at 10:30 am. I have chronic migraines, and have one now. It began around 4pm today. I have just taken a second Imitrex (100 mg); the first was taken at 8 pm with one fioricet.
the pain is not decreasing. Can I take 1-2 additional Fioricet now?

Yes, general anesthesia. I have encapsulated breast implants that will be removed.

Hello,

 

You can take one more Fioricet. Just let your anesthesiologist doctor know this before they start the procedure so if needed, he/she may modify medicine and doses.
