Greetings and welcome to justanswer,
What is your co2 levels and blood pH?
do you suffer from diabetes or kidney disease?
Thank you for the information,
The low levels of carbondioxide is known as hypocarbia. The Co2 levels reflects the acid status of your blood. The low levels may cause the blood pH to rise.
The low CO2 levels can be low due to either to increased acidity from uncontrolled diabetes, kidney disease, metabolic disorders, or low CO2 can also be due to chronic hyperventilation.
You do need to recheck the values of blood samples. The arterial and venous blood has different Co2 levels.
