Hello Doc's I have a small spot (about 1/8"across) on the tip my penis, It is not a raised spot, and looks more like a Blemish / skin damage than anything, It lighter in colour than the surrounding area and smooth. I do not think its Genital warts as I am married and faithful to my wife, and sex with her is (mostly) protected as we use condoms as birth control, but its starting to bug me as I see it every time I go to the Toilet. Whats strange is, if I have an erection it goes away, and it does not apper immediately after I pull my foreskin back, but takes a few seconds of seeing daylight. Any advice is much apprecaited Thanks

Since you are having protected sex with your wife and don't have any other sexual partner chances of having a sexually transmitted disease is less likely .Spots on the penis are very common and most do not have a serious cause. Possible cause of spots on penis includeFordyce spots - They are painless and not itchy .Localised irritation ?friction inducedSince you don't have any associated symptoms chances are that this is not a serious problem. If however you develop any itching or pain , discharge or the spot increase in size this should be seen by a doctor for further management .
