she is almose drinking enough water i think

she is 57 kilo's how many litres should she drink in a day? I have been telling her she needs to drink about 2 litres or just over.

Not quite sure what you mean when you say concentrated urine

Hypohidrosis ( inability to sweat) can result from many factors-

Certain medications like antidepressants and anticholinergics decrease sweating-
Vitamin B deficiency, diabetes, alcoholism all contribute to this condition.

Sometimes ints a genetically inherited trait - like Ectodermal dysplasia. nothing much can be done in this condition .
Anhidrosis can dangerously limit your ability to keep cool. In such instances it's important to take steps to prevent heat exhaustion, heat stroke, and dehydration.

You should visit the physician to rule out ectodermal dysplasia, and formulate a treatment plan.

so just 1 last thing, how much water consumption is adequate for a 57 kilo female

Expert:  Dr.Dev replied 4 years ago.
Divide your weight (in kilograms) by 30

so ideally 57 kilos would need at least 1.9 liters per day.

You shouldn't drink too much water while eating as it dilutes your stomach acid and can cause digestion problems. Don t drink water 15 minutes before and after any solid food.

Hope this helps?
