Hello,

It sounds like you are following the news closely!
I suspect you have been waiting to have this drug approved. It may be a little while before it becomes widely available.
But once it is available, you could either see a orthopedic hand specialist (which is what I would recommend) or a rheumatologist.

Either of these specialists should be able to give the injection for you. I would call and make sure that the one that you see does them prior to your visit though.
