i friend and i decided to have sex a couple of nights ago, im definitely clean as i was tested recently, he claimed to be too, but now im not sure about him because i notice groups of tiny white bumps on my labia minora (it looks like about 100 on either side of the lips), not painful or swollen or itchy. i cant feel them at all actually. if i stretch out the skin it looks like chicken skin almost. it's freaking me out. i feel like i've had this before but i dont remember? it's been a long time since i've had sex so im wondering if maybe it's dehydration or irritation of the skin because of the friction? im scared it's some unique manefestation of herpes or something and im freaked out. i live in a small country and cannot readily see a doctor/gyno for the next few months.

as i said, im in a small country right now without access to a doctor or antibiotics at the moment. so please answer keeping this in mind. if i dont get antibiotics will it get worse and kill me or something? assuming it's not herpes? or can i just keep the area clean and relax. i have hydrocorisone cream i was thinking of putting on it. i looked up the bartholins cysts and those do not look anything like what i described to you. once again, they are hundreds of TINY painless white pumps look like chicken skin, and dont itch or burn or bleed. i have no discharge.
Well, this can be most likely-Blocked sweat glands or sebaceous gland. Usually, sebaceous cysts most often disapear on their own and are not dangerous. Apply hydrocortisone cream for local application, If you have pain take Tab motrin(OTC) , maintain proper personal hygeine. Avoid sex for some time. Apply, is warm compresses. In case, if the pain is severe or the symptoms get worsed, please see doctor , for course of antibiotics. Take care
