Well I don't know where to begin , my husband will be 70 this month , I don't know if he's doing this on purpose or he's really sick , he takes 11 differen't types of medicine , one coreg , nexsum , playvix , vytorin , actos , altace , heres his symtoms that I don't understand , things mean something to him , he connects things , he thinks , when I tell him something he thinks I'm telling him something in a round about way , and I may be just talking telling him a conversation ! everything seems to aim toward him , or something means something ! I really don't know how to explain it , a little strande excuse me for saying that , because I love my husband , he likes a married girlfreind on the side and she is mental anyway ! whats going on if I can ask ? thanks Pam

well this personality change could be due to his age and chronic illness. people who have such problems can have dementia or pseudodemntia and or depression. his medicine list seems appropriate .alos with aging comprehension level can decrease making it harder for him to understand/ grasp things. you should discuss this with his primary doctor. he should have thyroid, b12, folic acid and rpr levels done. also important to rule out depression. if everything turns out good then he will need psycho/ behavioral therapy.
