what are the exact location of pain?
what are the otehr symptoms?
i took in about 3 days about 1000 mg and no i was not prescribed.. and the exact location of pain is at my back under my ribs.. the symptoms i m sweating alot and alot od headeach and the smell of the urine is bad and some times i feel cold thats it .....but now have been 2 days without taking anything... just taking alot of water.. can you tell me what i m into?

no only on the right side... and sometimes there is fever and today i m going to the doctor. no diarrhea

There are some common causes of such pain.The common ones are kidney stones, urinary tract infection, nephritis, colitis, nerve irritation, cystitis, etc.
Asc per the symptoms it seems that you are suffering from some infectious cause.The kidney infection may present with such symptoms of abdomen pain, fever and foul smelling urine.
You need to take the antibiotics to control the infectious cause.The commonly used antibiotics are ciprofloxacin, septran, norfloxacin, etc.The antiinflammatory drugs like diclofenac, motrin will control the inflammation and pain.
The other possibility can be the kidney stones which may also cause similar symptoms in you and should be ruled out as well.
You should have the relevant investigations like sonography, x-ray, urine c/s, urine examination, blood counts, etc. to rule out the other causes after consulting your doctor.
The treatment depends on the underlying cause.
