If you are still having menopausal symptoms, I would also check a thyroid level (TSH) as you might be having a thyroid problem. Also, you are taking some good over the counter 'medications', but I also add clonidine/catapress (pill or patch) and this seems to help my patients. Take care.

Usually menopausal symptoms disappear for 'most' women in 6 months to 2 years - 6 years is a long time - hence why I recommend checking your thyroid. Take care.
