Hello,
The symptoms you are describing are due to affection of your nerves.Your nerves may be affected by uncontrolled high blood pressure, uncontrolled diabetes ,deficiency of vitamin b complex ,nerve compression in the back due to spondylosis or disc prolapse.By looking at your description with presence of stiffness in back but with already on treatment with diabetic & anti hypertensive drugs i think your problem should be arising from the compression of nerves probably in lumber 2,3,4 segments. You should do following to have relief-

1.Have a x ray to confirm the problem.A MRI SCAN will be best for this.

2.Start having a combination of trmadol with paracetamol which will be helpful in relieving the symptoms.

3.Take a good amount of B complex group of vitamins in diet .

4.You may have a warm fomentation on back three times a day to avoid stiffness.

5.Take the help from a physiotherapist who may help you by teaching some exercises & infra red & ultrasonic therapy or traction therapies.

Hope this will be helpful.

Regards.
