I am 28 years old, I have a lump slightly smaller than a marble or slightly larger than a pea under the skin in my scrotum in the crease of my right leg. It is uncomfortable to push on it or move it around. I think it may be a syst but am not sure. Should I get it checked out? Is it possibly cancerous?

I just noticed it so I am not sure if it is increasing in size. I have not had it checked. It feels like it is not attached to the skin it feels like it is right in the crease of my leg where the scrotum attaches to the leg

Thank you for the information,

The lump can be a cyst as you have thought of.

This can be attached to the spermatic cord.

The other possibility is an enlarged lymph node.

You need to get it checked by doctor to know the exact nature of it.

Cysts are mostly benign (non cancerous)
