I woke up this morning with a headache, had a banana and a coffee drink (not sure if it was decaf) and started feeling shaky and if my heart was racing less than 2 hours after. Had lunch but still felt shaky and if my heart was racing. I had no appetite at dinner and felt nauseated. Still have a headache and my heart feels like it's fluttering/racing. And I also feel like I have cramps in my stomach. Any ideas?

Hello,Do you have pain in the chest? What is your pulse rate now?
My pulse rate isn't super high - 72 - but that's a little high for me for a resting pulse rate (usually in the 60s). I'm not sure what pain in the chest would feel like. But the front part of the left side of my neck down to the upper part of my chest feels tight, and I do feel like someone is giving me a bear hug.
Thank you for the information. The common cause of tightness/pain of the chest can be due to heart or lung disease, muscle spasm or acid reflux. Anxiety or stress can also precipitate.I feel you should have an EKG, chest X ray to exclude any heart or lung condition. In many cases angina or low blood supply to heart can present as tightness of chest with feeling of palpitation or racing. As heart is our important organ, we are always concerned about it.I hope this information will be helpful. Please ask if you need any clarification.Best wishes.
How soon do you think I should be examined? Any ideas as to why I might be having pain in my left side of my abdomen?
There is a mixing up of your symptoms. The pain in the left side of stomach can be a symptom of reflux. If the chest tightness & racing of heart continue then it is advisable to see doctor early.
